Technicians work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in patients' homes and community settings. You don’t need to be certified today - we’ll train you to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®). This is a part-time W2 role with strong compensation and the potential to transition to full-time employment.

Role Description
Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT®) work with children and adolescents up to age 21 to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in children’s homes, schools, daycares or other locations selected by parents. RBTs work with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to follow treatment plans for their client in accordance with the family's goals and wishes.
This is a full-time W-2 position with a competitive wage, and the support of a great team.
