Admissions/Access team

Full-Time (0.9or 72hrs. per biweekly pay period)

Day/Even Shift (8am - 8:30pm)

12 hour shifts

* This position involves being out in the community, it's not in our inpatient center

Seeking an experienced RN to work day/even shift on our Access/Admissions team. Provides nursing services, responds to inquiries and referrals, and addresses urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers; in addition, the RN supports and enhances the organizational mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end of life care. Must be able to complete 6-8 weeks of a FT, day shift (8am - 5pm) orientation. Registered Nurse licensed in Pennsylvania with a minimum of six months experience required, one year of experience preferred.
