POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join the accesso® Ticketing Group’s Site Reliability Engineering team, which serves as the backbone of accesso’s enterprise ticketing platforms consisting of over 20 applications such as ticket sales, access control, and reporting. You will work alongside a team of cloud and software engineers to ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our production and non-production infrastructure across 7 data-centers globally.As part of the accesso Group, you will contribute to helping our clients sell more tickets, streamline operations, drive revenue, and improve the guest experience. Our ticketing solutions allow our clients to sell general admissions, reserved seats, time/date specific tickets, season passes, memberships, and so much more.Location: United States; then, you choose what works for you!
