Access Solutions Medical Group - Tulsa is Hiring a Remote Call Center Agent/Customer Service

Job Summary:

As a Call Center Agent/Customer Service for our medical clinic, you will be the frontline representative responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments for patients, including new appointments, follow-up visits, and specialty consultations, utilizing the electronic scheduling system.
  • Provide information to patients regarding clinic services, procedures, insurance coverage, and appointment preparation instructions.
  • Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues to the patient's satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.46 - $26.28 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
