· Serve clients by phone, in person or through electronic media, quickly assessing their needs and handling requests in a timely manner or directing them to the proper personnel accurately.
· Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to office staff
· Open, sort and prioritize for distribution incoming and outgoing correspondence with date stamp, scan and maintain permanent records of documentation.
· Maintains department supplies and inventories, tracking order status, and maintains or distribute supplies as needed
· Provide office support for on-call emergency response
· Prepares reports and general correspondence for property managers and VP when necessary
· Assist property managers with the organization of newsletters, website news, e-mail and letter correspondence, sending notifications and welcome packages where necessary
· Performs other duties as assigned
