ACCESS HOME CARE is Hiring a Director of Nursing Near Alexandria, VA
- Supervising all nursing staff
- Maintaining high standards of care for all patients
- Managing patients’ data and medical records as confidential records
- Communicating with doctors, patients, and family members about patient health
- Submitting requests for Prior Authorization and Renewal for Services
- Recruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff
- Implementing new procedures and training Nurses on policies
Qualifications
- Management and supervising experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong background in nursing administration and nurse management
- Proficiency with EMR and EHR systems
- In-depth knowledge of physiology, nursing practices, HIPAA regulations, and medical terminology
- Experience in Medicaid Waiver Services, and CCC Plus.
- Familiarity with patient's rights and Medicaid regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $96,151.00 - $101,020.00 per year
