POSITION TITLE : Preventative Maintenance Service Technician POSITION SUMMARY : The Preventative Maintenance Service Technician's main responsibility will be to maintain equipment for one of our biggest projects and occasionally help with installations.

Please note that this position will require weekend availability once the project starts. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 20 feet
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot and cold)
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time

WORK ENVIRONMENT :

• Work is performed outdoors year round in a variety of weather elements
• Exposure to noise, dust, and fumes
• Exposure to hazardous materials and chemicals
• Exposure to electrical hazards
