```Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate resource
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining files, and organizing records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or secretary
- Proficient in computerized office systems, including MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
