The RDS is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the medical programming and supervises. The RDS works under direction of the Medical Director, APRN, and Executive or Program Director to oversee medical elements of the program, direct patient care, and implement treatment programming under the company.
Per Shift;
Schedule is nights Monday-Friday 11pm-7am
Ensure UA specimens are collected and documented properly at admit.
Ensure all initial intake documents are completed correctly, signed off, and not left in progress.
Be the initial contact for all operations staff on shift.
Changing rounds and assessments
Ensure all discharge documents are completed/signed off on, and verify proper medication is prepared for discharge.
Oversees medication logging and detox protocol reviews through EMR.
Maintains compliance with HIPPA regulations, ADA, DHCS, and CARF policies and procedures.
Any other tasks requested by management.
Requirements;
Minimum High School Graduate or GED
Ability to multi-task, delegate tasks, manage client care, maintain facility standards.
Desire to assist those with chemical dependency in their recovery.
1-2 years experience in the field of recovery (preferred).
Valid Driver’s License.
CPR/First AID Certification (preferred).
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
All other requirements set forth by company management.
