Key Responsibilities:

• Support Growth and scalability
• New nodes expansion, support awareness and provide data driven evidence to enable preference for the team among Google stakeholders, to drive scale to ensure growth into new research areas
• Subject Matter Expert Project Oversight
• Discuss and brainstorm the finer details of the project with the stakeholders and LI FTE to enable the creation of a robust and holistic research plan
• Managing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research e.g. usability testing, in depth interviews, diary studies, cards sorts, surveys, etc is required
• Should have handled medium to large scale teams in previous engagements

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with R, SQL, Python
• Minimum 5 years of experience overseeing the creation of screener, mod guide, and other supporting documents
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research
• M.A M.S. Ph.D. in progress or completed in Human Factors, Psychology, HCI Computer Science, UX or Market Research or other fields emphasizing human behavior or in lieu of degree, some related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Detail oriented and ability to work independently across multiple projects, comprising of a variety of tasks and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills oral and written to ensure dissemination of project details Ability to think of the larger picture to understand the stakeholder goals and align them with the needs requirements activities of the project
• Comfortable presenting and providing research outcomes and recommendations to project stakeholders across all levels
• Efficiently allocate time between multiple projects, prioritizing projects based on changing project schedules and stakeholder requirements
• Experience of managing and handling teams if required

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
