Job Description: 

Accenture Federal Services’ National Security Portfolio (NSP) is seeking a highly motivated Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) system to provide maritime domain awareness in Northern Africa. The system will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating security information to enhance the security and force protection of maritime boundaries, natural resources, and strategic ports. The ideal candidate will work as part of an integrated team based in greater Boston, Massachusetts area, to lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service, and leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

The Work: 

• Manage the procurement process for the entire set of hardware, sensors, and software needed to build, integrate, test, and deploy the C4ISR systems
• Establish relationships and perform day-to-day management with vendors and material providers, becoming the POC between external vendors and AFS production
• Complete all the necessary forms and approvals associated with the procurement process
• Place and follow-up on purchase orders to support the program’s integration schedule
• Analyze vendor promises, proactively communicate, and expedite orders when promises don’t align with program requirements or schedule
• Communicate delivery schedules to AFS program and engineering leadership
• Develop and maintain a program specific material delivery tracker
• Take receipt of all delivered material and ensure quality prior to the transfer to program engineering
• Develop an inventory management system to track material status, location, and responsibility
• Work with AFS engineering and program vendors to resolve material issues when required

Here's what you need: 

• 5 years of procurement experience supporting a program and a BS/BA degree
• 3 years of ERP / CRM or MRP experience
• 3 years of Supply Chain experience
• 3 years of experience creating and managing Purchase Orders
• 3 years of experience maintaining an inventory management system

Bonus points if you have/are: 

• Specialized certification in supply chain - CPSM / CIPS
• Skills in RPA and automation leveraging internal and 3rd party applications
• Highly adaptable team player
• Extremely organized, strong attention to details, and problem solving abilities
• MS Office proficient
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Security Clearance: 

• Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here. 
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $105,200 - $196,500
Colorado: $105,200 - $169,700
New York: $97,300 - $196,500
Washington: $112,100 - $180,700
