**Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin (WLS) Technology Architecture Delivery Manager** (Accenture LLP; Charlotte, NC): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Oracle Fusion Middleware WebLogic Server Admin (WLS) Technology Architecture Delivery Manager in Charlotte, NC to guide small teams and ensure that they deliver software products with intended quality, functionality and within a defined schedule. S/he will perform the following duties: develop application modernization approaches; develop software sales proposals, contract preparation, supporting client sales discussions; develop modernization estimates/ modernization roadmaps; support client sales discussions/workshops; manage day to day interactions with clients; conduct proof-of concepts around modernization capabilities, create thought leadership materials for broader firm consumption modernization methodologies utilizing new tools and methods; conduct legacy code reviews; oversee the system architecture design; oversee the system development, review system code; define system policies; compose a comprehensive set of deliverables used to define how an application is going to work/how it is going to be tested; build execution environments; create target architectures for to be modernized applications; and apply market available toolsets from Bluage and Resqsoft to convert application code.

**Qualifications**

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**

This position requires at least a bachelors degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the Technology Consulting Industry or in a related IT position, including the following professional experience: 5 years of experience with business application development, including experience in system integration, usage of bus for data integration, xml and json data serialization, and payload management; 5 years of experience executing modernization engagements: executing automated and semi-automated code conversions including cobol to java; 5 years of experience creating/implementing architecture design deliverables in uml, and testing them for new languages/runtime environments, including java and cloud; 5 years of experience developing solution approaches for application modernizations, developing estimates for code conversions, developing roadmaps for conversion execution; 5 years of experience working in system management, including security, infrastructure, database, and user management; 2 years of experience leading/overseeing junior team members.

**This position requires domestic travel approximately 75% of an average work week.**

**Telecommuting is permitted; employee needs to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.**
