Job Objective
The Shipping-Receiving Coordinator is responsible for accurately delivering parts to our customers and ensuring incoming inventory is processed timely and accurately. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manages overall shipment and receipt of all parts, materials and supplies.
• Accurately pick and pack items for shipping to customer.
• Identify most cost-effective method of shipping products to the customer.
• Promptly receive incoming goods, including matching received items to the quantity received on the purchase order and packing list. Notify purchasing of any discrepancies.
• Maintains accurate system records for daily moves, inventory, and counting
• Notify purchasing of any low stock inventory items.
• Stage part for production, assembly and machine builds.
• Identify and help purchasing resolve shipping or receiving discrepancies and they arise.
• Process damaged or returned items from customer.
• Performs daily cycle counts.
• Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Works effectively with all department personnel and co-workers in a harmonious and cooperative manner to meet the needs and goals established by the company.
• Maintains good housekeeping in the assigned work area.
Requirements
• Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Perform basic shop math skills as required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
• Walk and stand continuously
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 75lbs throughout shift
• Bend stoop and reach constantly throughout shift
• Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
