Accent Family of Companies is Hiring a Production Supervisor Near Rural Hall, NC
- Assign and direct work performance for up to 20 production employees.
- Perform daily machine and equipment checks for both safety and efficiency.
- Track, monitor and report production metrics
- Training and on-boarding of new employees
- Schedule and prioritize production, with input from Production Manager.
- Drive continuous improvement through training, coaching and counseling.
- Operate Powered Industrial Truck (Forklift) to assist shipping and receiving department.
- Coordinate with maintenance department to resolve mechanical issues
- Conduct cycle-counts and inventory checks
- Perform and document Quality Control checks
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Conversational level fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
- A self-starter who requires little to no supervision
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Able to work in an environment that is not climate controlled
