Why do I want to work as a Behavior Technician?

• Being a Behavior Technician can be incredibly rewarding; you'll be amazed at what you're capable of once you graduate from our training program and start working with kids!
• It's a terrific opportunity to get hands-on experience providing a clinical, behavioral health service without an advanced degree or credential. This job is ideal for those pursuing Clinical Psychology, Medicine, Social Work, or any Human Health Service looking for real-world experience. P.S. - a lot of them like ABA so much that they stick around and become Board Certified Behavior Analysts here!
• Regardless, as with any job, there are good days and tough days; that's why it's so important to work with a team that has your back. Through our team-based approach, you'll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Case Manager to celebrate the wins and navigate the difficulties.

Why do I want to work with Accel Therapies specifically?

Others are way too big, very impersonal, the pay isn't great, and even though they promise full-time status they'll only assign you 10-15 hours per week.

• We will meet you where you're at. You can only work part-time because you're going to school? Great. You need full-time hours? We're on it. You want to work with students in some of the best schools in Orange County? We have the relationships. We've been at this for more than 15 years, so we can create an experience that works for you.
