We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mentoring and supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. If you have experience in employment labor law, training, or social work, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities

- Develop individualized training programs to help clients achieve their personal and professional goals

- Conduct interviews and assessments to determine clients' needs and strengths

- Collaborate with other professionals to create comprehensive support plans for clients

- Actively participate in working alongside clients and providing support where needed

**Skills:**

- Strong mentoring skills

- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities

- Training and development knowledge

- Ability to educate and counsel individuals

- Background in social work or related field
