Acara Solutions is hiring for Senior Field Service Technicians.

Hourly Pay Rate: $25 - $28/hour

Schedule: 1st shift- Hours vary on job site, this is a travel position.

• Performs complex equipment installation, trial runs, investigative tests, repairs and overhauls. Performs complex product and service training to customers.
• Performs complex maintenance on tools, test equipment, etc., and completes documents of all installations, inspections, maintenance and repair work, and failures.
• Performs complex service or systems calls and interfaces with customer personnel to provide quality service and feedback on problem evaluation and resolution.
• Performs assessment of complex product/equipment performance based on field support data and recommends modifications or improvements.
• Performs complex and technically demanding work within technical or paraprofessional area. Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is more difficult and complex.
• Works well in team environment.
• Ability to take direction & complete tasks without constant supervision.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred. HS diploma or equivalent required. Specialized skill training/certification may be required.
• Successfully demonstrates thorough/advanced knowledge of a technical or specialty area.
• Generally, 5-8 years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of Mechanical & Electrical.
• Ability to lift 70lbs, pushing, pulling modules, lifting and carrying modules
• Ability to bending, kneeling, crawling and working in tight spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $28.00 per hour
