Here's what you'll do :

• The client is recruiting a Junior Client Reporting Specialist to join our Service Delivery Reporting Hub.
• In this role, you will ensure that the client's daily / monthly / quarterly / semi-annually / annual deliverables are performed timely and accurately, client inquiries are resolved within standard turnaround times, and serve as a point of escalation for complex client issues.
• Meet all client deliverables by procedures and controls.
• Research and resolve all client inquiries using procedures and controls.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to internal and external clients.
• Work closely with the client, Client Service teams, Funds Transfer, Fund Accounting, and Transfer Agents to foster strong working relationships.
• Promptly escalate sensitive / risk issues to management.
• Ensure daily deliverables are completed timely and accurate.
• Assist in the onboarding of new business and product implementations and conversions
• Perform special projects as directed by the Client Reporting Seniors & Supervisor.
• Enhance quality and efficiency by identifying workflow improvements.
• Efficiently utilize client systems and tools / cash products to maximize productivity.

Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 6 months experience in mutual funds management.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications :

• Advanced Excel and VBA / macro development knowledge is highly appreciated.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and recommend solutions.
• Strong aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
• Capable of monitoring and completing a variety of projects simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to work in a client-driven, deadline-oriented environment.
