Responsibilities

• Assist with inquiries via phone / email.
• Maintain CRM (HubSpot) data.
• Generate leads and expand contacts.
• Gain product knowledge for customer needs.
• Handle order / shipping inquiries.
• Set credit terms for new partners.
• Update Sales Team collaboration board.
• Provide technical support.
• Manage inventory for trials / testing.
• Prepare accurate quotes and orders.
• Offer resources to assist customers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams.
• Document and follow up on trade show leads.
• Attend trade shows or visits as needed.
• Support sales team and company goals

Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications :

2 yrs. minimum experience in a customer support and or sales support position

Preferred Skills / Qualifications :

• Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and in-person
• Excellent time management skills
• Previous successful sales and / or customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and complete goals by deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills, sales techniques, and ability to negotiate and close deals
• Proficient in sales CRM software i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Freshsales, etc.
• Organized with attention to detail
