Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. This position requires a range of skills, including senior care, childcare, and direct support. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring the well-being of the individual. Responsibilities: - Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns - Assist with mobility and transfers - Engage in activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation - Provide transportation for appointments and outings - Maintain a clean and safe environment - Assist with behavior management strategies as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in senior care, childcare, or assisted living preferred - Knowledge of basic medical procedures and ability to monitor vital signs - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with individuals of all ages - Ability to provide physical assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) - Understanding of behavior management techniques - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to work independently and follow instructions from healthcare professionals Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
