Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of care. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. Duties: - Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals - Monitor and record vital signs - Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing - Accompany clients to appointments and outings - Lift and transfer clients as needed - Ensure client safety and adhere to HIPAA regulations - Advocate for resident rights and promote independence Qualifications: - Experience in senior care or a related field preferred - Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices - Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with mobility - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and resident rights - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently or as part of a team Note: This is a paid position.
