Acadia Village Resort HOA is Hiring a Front Office Manager Near Ellsworth, ME

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office department
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Train and supervise front office staff, including receptionists and concierge
- Manage room reservations and monitor room availability
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office operations
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in front desk operations
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
