Position Overview: We're excited to grow our team with a dedicated Bilingual (English & Spanish) Student Success Specialist to join our Tucson team. This vital role is all about empowering students, guiding them through hurdles, and paving their way to success in our healthcare training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate admissions interviews and offer detailed information to potential students.

- Guide students through the application process, ensuring the submission of all necessary documents.

- Assist with onboarding students to their selected program.

- Identify and address obstacles hindering student success.

- Maintain regular updates for students and their sponsors.

- Work in tandem with our other departments to orchestrate campus visits and recruitment events.

- Represent and promote our educational offerings at external events.

- Cultivate and maintain referral partnerships within the community.

- Keep abreast of the latest trends in education, policies, and the healthcare industry.

- Execute additional tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent communication skills

- Being a self starter and having good organizational skills is paramount in this position

- Proven experience in academic advising and student support services is highly advantageous.

- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse array of students, faculty, and staff.

- Experience in vocational or trade school environments is beneficial.
