Academy of Tampa Inc is Hiring a Daycare Teacher Near Tampa, FL

We are looking for qualified Pre-school Teachers to join our growing team. You will be working with children across all age groups and teaching them important elements that they will encounter soon after they enter school life. We are in need to hire qualified pre-school teachers to start at one of our multiple daycare centers in Tampa

Experience/Education:

Proven experience as a preschool Teacher is required

· Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods

· Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms

· Excellent communication and instructional skills

· Ability to act as a mediator between children

· Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable

· A balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen

· Certification in child CPR ( or able to become certified within 30 days of hire, provided by us)

· High school GED/diploma or higher

· DCF 45 hours or CDA certificate would be extremely helpful and yield to a better salary (if you don’t have any of these certificates, you must be willing to undergo proper training and education to obtain them while working with us, which we can accommodate)

· Salary is commensurate with experience and or qualifications
