We can be flexible with school schedules, and love to support staff any way we can in their professional development and career advancement. This position is open to internal advancement, internship, and even more opportunities! Montessori certification opportunities, with expressed commitment to the health and growth of our program, are also available later on in employment. Benefits are available and specifics are based on length, status, and terms of employment. We would absolutely love to work with you!

Required Qualifications:

  • ND (Childcare) Criminal Background Check (employment is contingent upon completion and approval- an approved CBC must be returned to us before you can begin working, if you do not have a valid CBC already)
  • Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED training (must be completed within 90 days after hire date if not already obtained, ND Childcare Licensing approved facilitators only)
  • ND Childcare Licensing required trainings (to be completed upon hire and annually, based on hours scheduled for work)
  • Professional, reliable, and passionate attitude and work ethic (with children, staff, and families)
  • Compassionate and communicative demeanor (with children, staff, and families)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the field of childcare, education, and/or the Montessori method
  • Certification in the field of childcare, education, and/or the Montessori method
  • Strong demonstrated interest and willingness/eagerness to learn/pursue a further career in the field of childcare and/or education (if no experience/certification in the fields)
