Job Description / Salary / Benefits:

Currently, we are seeking two passionate and creative teachers to join our team inNorth Fargo, ND. This unique position will involve working in a fast-paced behavioral health facility, providing academic support to adolescent school-age patients in a small classroom setting as they receive treatment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and deliver daily lesson plans, provide individualized assistance to students, and regularly communicate about student progress as needed. Additionally, you will monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success and maintain accurate attendance and session reports. Most of our class sizes range from 8 to 15 school-age patients at any one time.

Open to Special Education Certified Teacher pay rate is $25-$27

Open to General Education Certified Teacher pay rate is $22-$24

Position is year round full time, Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm available to start in July . Qualifications

• B.A/B.S. degree from an accredited institution
• Active Special Education North Dakota State Teaching License or General Education North Dakota License.
• Reliable Transportation
• Availability to teach Adolescent Student grade levels year round
