Georgia Developmental Services is looking for a motivated Center Manager to join our team to oversee the day-to-day operations, take initiative and ownership within the assigned center to promote growth and development and a healthy and supportive company culture. This position works under the supervision of the Chief Operations Officer to ensure the highest standards of quality and productivity are upheld.

What does the job entail?
Key duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Primary Duties:
Achieve revenue goals by effectively managing client scheduling, staff productivity, and miscellaneous operating expenses
Foster professional and effective communication and collaboration among staff members, clients and their families, and any other outside professionals
Collaborate with the Intake Coordinator and Clinical Team to schedule upcoming client assessments and center tours
Manage client/staff schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency/productivity of the center
Manage and maintain client insurance authorizations by submitting required documents in a timely manner and following up with payors as needed
Ensure the completion of electronic client records/documents and consistently maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the appropriate system
Ensure client, personnel and center compliance with all company policies including HIPAA, quality, and safety
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly audits and effectively communicate all results to the appropriate department
Directly responsible for cleanliness, maintenance and organization of the center
Including inventory of supplies while monitoring spending budget
Create and maintain an professional and inclusive work environment that models enthusiasm, collaboration, and rapport between staff
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
A minimum of 5 years of management experience (experience managing 20 people)
Must have a clean criminal background check and pass a drug test
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)
Proficiency with technology and experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.) as well as ability to learn new systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical/problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards
Ability to assess and prioritize the importance of tasks and adjust focus as needed
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when processes and/or systems are created, changed, or updated
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and soft-skills
