Duties:
- Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues
- Process member transactions accurately
- Handle cash management responsibilities, including counting and balancing cash drawers
- Utilize 10-key typing skills to enter data and process member information
- Perform retail math calculations to ensure accurate pricing and discounts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Strong math skills, including the ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for data entry purposes
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve member issues effectively
- Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to multitask
Note: Prior experience in a similar role or retail environment is preferred, but not required.
