Hawthorne Lane is Hiring a Program Manager Near Washington, DC

As the Program Manager for this non-profit, you will be responsible for driving program project deadlines, communication, and engagement across client and internal groups. As the Program Manager, you will handle scheduling, invoice and contract processing, and client certification requests from start to finish alongside project-based research. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy owning projects and communicating across a team and bring enthusiasm and drive into the workplace.

About the Job:

  • Work closely as the lead to help overall operations and communications across strategic groups.
  • Perform administrative duties such as arranging travel, calendar management, and other daily workflow tasks.
  • Stay updated on strategic initiatives to progress internal deliverables across the team and with prospective client and industry leaders. Superior project management skills are a must.
  • Assist with drafting communications assets such as blogs, presentations, and website content.
  • Provide project and management including contract, budget, and timeline management along with performance tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across internal database.
