We are currently looking to add an individual with positive leadership qualities as our Quality Control Manager. The Quality Control Manager serves as leader of the quality processes and drives a culture of exceptional quality.

The successful Quality Control Manager candidate will possess:

• Minimum of 2 years Quality Manager experience in a fabrication environment.
• Government contracting experience. Including experience with DCMA and AS9102 complaint reporting.
• Extensive experience in dimensional inspection including GD&T.
• A proven ability to lead in a positive manner.
• Exceptional blueprint reading and interpretation skills. Strong understanding of military and commercial specifications. Must be capable of reading, interpreting, and applying specifications to the manufacturing and quality processes.
• Excellent reading, communication, and math skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Dependability, motivation, and positivity within a team environment.
• Superior organization.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Duties include:

• Hire, train, evaluate, develop, and manage quality staff to ensure that company quality objectives are achieved.
• Performing internal audits and addressing non-conformities from internal and external audits as well as in process findings.
• Follow-up on closing and pending Preventive and Corrective Action Requests.
• Ensure organizational systems and training are current and in place.
• Assist in preparation and organization for ISO 9001-2015 audits.
• Ensure documentation and design controls are appropriate for the organization.
• Administers document control and configuration management system.
• Assist the management team and provide QA support as necessary.
• Communicate directly with customers and DCMA as needed.
