Job Summary:
The PT Breakfast Attendant at AC Portland Beaverton is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by preparing and serving breakfast to our guests. This is a part-time, hourly position in our hospitality/restaurant team at our Beaverton, Oregon location. The role of the Breakfast Attendant is an individual contributor role, focusing on providing excellent service to our guests.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet according to hotel standards and guidelines
• Ensure all food items are fresh, properly labeled, and well-presented
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area and kitchen
• Monitor and restock breakfast items as needed
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned by management
• Collaborate with other team members to provide a positive and seamless guest experience
• Work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
• Ability to work early morning shifts as early as 5:00am
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math and computer skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 25 pounds, and push or pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
