Job description
Production Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Lead at Allen, TX facility
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of successful production supervision or leadership experience preferably in the manufacturing environment.
- Conducts production safety and training for all shift personnel.
- Supervises and train production operators in proper procedures to obtain better results and record/report production data.
- Monitor production quality and interprets work orders to shift personnel.
- Leads and assists shift employees in resolving production problems.
- Evaluate and determine root cause of production issues and develop corrective actions with troubleshooting process.
- Reviews and understands production schedule provided by supervisor, then work with supervisor and management to coordinate workforces accordingly.
- Checks and ensures product quality and specifications are being met with standard QC/QA process and requirements.
- Initiates/suggests methods to motivate employees to achieve goals and better results.
- Ensures the accuracy and submission of production paperwork on daily basis.
- Suggests plans or changes in labor utilization, production procedures, and materials to increase production efficiently
