Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented independent Quality Control Inspector to occasionally join our team at fresh fruit and perishable product packing plants. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet quality and safety standards during the required protocols in the USA.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control procedures to maintain compliance with food safety standards as required by the USDA.
• Conduct product inspections and tests to identify defects or deviations.
• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
• Provide accurate documentation of reports and quality records.
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Experience:

• Experience in food production or processing plants, cold storage environments.
• Knowledge of USDA FSIS and other food safety regulations.
• Strong understanding of establishing sanitation practices.

Job Type: Part-time
