Place outboundcalls to qualified applicants and conductinterviews.

Set up daily weekly and monthlygoals through lead generation activities of multiplechannels

Prospecting potential candidatesthrough all means of data sources ie : LinkedIn Facebook JobPostings etc.

Make 20 calls daily to reachKPIs

Attend Weekly training sessions to furtherdevelop yourself both professionals andpersonally

Track online conversionratios (appointments / sales leads / converted appointmentsappointments made / appointments kept) and reports information to themanagement team.

PositionRequirements :

You must be veryprofessional and mature with a minimum 3 years workexperience

You will succeed if you are a goodEnglish speaker and communicator in the EnglishLanguage

You must be willing to work from homein a quiet noninterrupted environment for minimum 20 hours aweek
