Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Banquet Captain to oversee our banquet events and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and leadership, with a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise banquet staff to ensure efficient operations during events
- Set up banquet rooms according to event requirements and maintain cleanliness
- Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Train and mentor banquet staff on service standards and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in banquets or catering is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Culinary background or knowledge is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment within the food service industry
