Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company's financial records, including maintaining general ledgers, preparing financial statements, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial reports on a regular basis
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial data
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct account analysis and assist with budget preparation
- Utilize software such as Quicken, Sage, and other accounting tools
- Implement double-entry bookkeeping practices
- Handle corporate accounting tasks efficiently

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and practices
- Proficiency in debits, credits, and account reconciliation
- Knowledge of public accounting principles
- Familiarity with clerical duties related to accounting functions

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Few years Experience in QuickBooks
