Responsibilities:
- Assistance with Installation: Assist senior technicians in installing and configuring audiovisual equipment, including displays, projectors, sound systems, microphones, and control interfaces.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Learn to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues with AV systems, both onsite and remotely, under the supervision of senior technicians.
- Supporting Integration: Aid in integrating AV systems with existing infrastructure and technologies, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
- Testing and QA Support: Assist in conducting tests and quality assurance checks to verify the proper operation and performance of AV systems before deployment.
- Client Assistance: Provide support to clients during system setup, training, and initial operation. Assist in addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Documentation Assistance: Assist in maintaining accurate records of installations, configurations, and service activities. Help create documentation and user guides to facilitate client understanding and system operation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior technicians and project teams to support the successful execution of AV projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and client requirements.
- Learning and Development: Actively participate in training programs and opportunities for skill development. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance your technical knowledge and proficiency.
Qualifications:
