The Community Behavioral Health Manager position is multi-faceted due to the variety of services that may be provided by this staff member depending on their specific caseload, including mental health treatment, support services and/or supervision of others providing direct evidence-based techniques.
In this position you would be assisting Spanish speaking families in the Cincinnati area with mental health treatment.
Primary job responsibility is to provide supportive services to the direct service providers who work with children and/or adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, emotional disturbances, and mental health needs.
This position will receive 1:1 and/or group supervision from ABS Transitions Directors, ABS Transitions Supervisors, and Mental Health Supervisors through direct observation, clinical meetings, and/or videos. Supervision may be provided by different supervisors based on the service provided or work being completed. Supervision is provided regularly and is documented. In addition, Supervisors are required to attend team meetings, staff professional development sessions per their specific staff development plan, and scheduled trainings as part of their position.
