As a role within a high-growth company, the range of initiatives is dynamic and will provide exposure into multiple areas of the company.This position will be remote or located at our offices in Raleigh, NC or Austin, TX.What You'll Do:Perform comprehensive reviews of all commercial credit types, ranging from simple to complex, for asset quality (including any potential weaknesses), risk rating accuracy and compliance with internal policy (and regulation as it pertains to commercial lending).Undertake risk assessments of the commercial portfolio, create a scope of review based on those assessments and managing the entire examination process independently.Identify trends and emerging risks for portfolios under examination, including an assessment of a banks risk rating framework, credit policy adequacy and effectiveness of the overall commercial credit risk management process.Articulate (in writing) the results of the examination to a financial institutions board and management. This report may include recommendations for improvement and/or risk mitigation.Conduct examinations remotely.
