Abraxas Youth & Family Services is currently looking for a solutions-oriented Deputy Director at our Abraxas Academy program located in Morgantown, PA. The Deputy Director is a pivotal role, designed to bridge the gap between strategic objectives and operational execution. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing departmental functions, driving compliance, and promoting a culture of excellence and safety across the organization.
Abraxas Academy is located minutes off of Exit 298 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Berks County and provides detention and treatment services for court committed youth.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 annually
Sign On Bonus: $8,000 (Ask for Details)
