Job responsibilities include:
- Daily phone contact with our customers, insurance company personnel and vendors
- Manages customer payments
- Communicate with estimators
- Create and manage files for our customers
- Schedule appointments for customers
- Working with a great team of employees in an awesome work atmosphere.
- A minimum of two years of related customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting
- Demonstrated computer/software proficiency
- Experience as Customer Service in the Automotive industry is preferred
Hours for position: Between 7:300 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
