We are hiring experienced indoor Apartment Maintenance Tech/Painters for governmental buildings in multiple locations in Boulder County. These positions offer the initial benefits of weekly and electronic pay, accrued sick leave and retirement savings but can go internal to offer a wide range of benefits that could include, but not limited to: holiday & vacation pay, health/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings, and much more!
Qualifications/Skills/Essential Functions of the job:
- 3 years of painting and minor drywall repair.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis, repetitious hand/wrist/elbow/arm/shoulder movement, bending, twisting, overhead reaching, kneeling, stooping, walking and/or standing for an 8 hour shift, etc.
- Strong detailed work ethic with the ability to be coachable and trainable on company process, procedures, etc.
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Reliable transportation.
Shifts Available - 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
(Hours could change to 6:00am - 2:30pm)
Criminal background checks are conducted upon hire.
