Job Description:

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Help with medication reminders and management
- Support clients in maintaining a clean and organized living environment
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and document changes in client's health status
- Provide support for individuals with dementia or cognitive impairments

Q*_ualifications:*_

Compassionate and empathetic nature.Excellent communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the dignity of clients.Reliable and punctual.Previous experience in personal care or a related field is a plus but not required. (We offer PCA training at no charge to you.)

Requirements:Successful completion of a background check.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
