Sales/Design Consultant Job Responsibilities:

• Working showroom floor to facilitate customer selections
• Service customers by both selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Maintaining email and telephone communications with clients and team members, building ongoing client relationships through frequent communications
• Keeping management informed by tracking leads through our online portal, submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
• Collaborating with Project Managers, manufacturers representatives, scheduling & purchasing personnel to ensure customer satisfaction through the process
• Engaging in team and personal training on product knowledge to maintain superior product knowledge
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor

Sales Representative Qualifications/Skills:

• Building Client relationships and providing excellent Customer service
• Motivation for sales and exceeding set sales goals
• Self-confidence
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
• Well developed organization and time management skills
• Ability to lift and putaway sample boards and remain standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Introducing promotions and finance opportunities to the customer
• Basic computer and math skills
• Providing outstanding customer service before, during and after the sale

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
