Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC-R systems, including but not limited to air handling units, chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC-R systems and implement appropriate solutions.
• Conduct system inspections and performance tests to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
• Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with clients to address their HVAC-R needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while working on HVAC-R systems to ensure the safety of oneself and others.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules to maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited HVAC-R program preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an HVAC-R Technician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC-R systems, including knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration principles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently to resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
