ABM US is Hiring a HR Program Coordinator Near Sugar, TX

ABM is hiring a newly created Human Resources Program Coordinator to join our HR Shared Services team!The HR Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating 100 different HR programs across the enterprise; duties will consist of managing various administrative tasks, tracking program/project details (including timelines, budgets, and resources), and ensuring that the program meets set goals and strategic objectives.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor and track steps of multiple HR projects/programs simultaneously for successful completion.
  • Partner with Project Managers during cross-functional team meetings to discuss progress and maximize productivity.
  • Coordinate with change management team for optimized delivery.
  • Oversee daily administrative, operational, and logistical activities.
  • Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders; foster a positive, collaborative work environment. 
  • Identify best practices and procedures to inform future programs.

Qualifications: Experience & Education:

  • 3 years of experience leading enterprise/large-scale projects and programs to successful completion (HR-specific programs preferred).
  • Prior experience with and understanding of Smartsheet functionality (highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience successfully coordinating program and/or project activities. 
  • Firm understanding of program management procedures that increase efficiency.
  • Ability to create reporting criteria to measure program impact.
  • Demonstrated experience building strong relationships and working collaboratively across all disciplines and levels of the organization (including Senior Leaders and C-Suite). 
  • Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple competing deliverables. 
  • Solution-oriented mindset; a problem solver who thinks outside the box to find solutions with a track record of successful results delivery. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with sharp organizational skills.
