- Support fellow employees through coaching, training and encouragement.
- Provide active involvement and interaction with Guests and employees to drive maximum satisfaction and to set a positive example.
- Resolve routine Guest Service issues.
- Maintain a strong commitment to continually enhance knowledge.
- Communicate operational issues with MOD.
- Monitor supply and equipment usage.
- Comply with safety standards and procedures.
- Hold employees accountable to stated expectations and procedures.
- Effectively manager employee breaks in your lot(s).
- 1 year experience as a CSR or equivalent.
- Demonstrated communication skills - both verbal and written.
- No written counseling within the last six months for attendance and/or performance related issues.
- Flexibility to work additional shifts as required by the operation.
- Remain approachable to customer and staff.
- Problem-solving skills including prioritizing and maintaining professional demeanor at all times.
