Certified Payroll Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
The certified payroll coordinator is responsible for all prevailing wage and certified payroll related tasks including submittal of all required CPR related paperwork, communication with PW CPR customers as well as ABM project management staff, and ensuring that all technicians are paid the correct prevailing wage rate for every PW project. The certified payroll coordinator will work closely with the payroll administrator and PM’s in managing all PTO requests. The certified payroll coordinator will also be expected to assist in facilitating basic office administrative tasks including, but not limited to, corresponding directly with ABM Staff, new hire on-boarding, answering phones, filing, data entry, ordering supplies, payroll assistance and will perform any additional duties as directed by Management. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and provides additional support to the Assistant Account Managers as needed.
