Position Summary Details

The Billing Coordinator performs high volume vendor maintenance functions and billing tasks to support ABM and its vendors. This position will also work to ensure customer accurate and timely monthly billing.

Essential Functions

· Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.

· Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances.

· Perform account reconciliations.

· Research and resolve payment discrepancies.

· Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.

· Investigate and resolve customer queries.

· Special projects and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education:

· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

· 1 - 2 years of experience.

Other:

· Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

· Know, understand, and follow governmental regulations, teammate guidelines, and all other ABM policies.

· Must be a quick learner and can adapt to a fast-paced payroll environment.

· Must possess attention to detail and be organized to be successful in this role.

· Capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and meeting strict deadlines.

· Must possess a professional, proactive, enthusiastic attitude and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision

· Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.

· Working knowledge of general office equipment.

· Ability to prioritize projects and execute and deliver key objectives in a timely manner.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment. 

· Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
