ABM Ind. is Hiring an ABM Quality Assurance Analyst Near Richmond, VA

Quality Assurance Analyst will work under the direction of the Director of Operations to ensure the rollout and implementation of quality programs. QA analyst is responsible for ensuring that the functionality required by the business is working and available to the user community. The QA Analyst serves as a lead for collecting and compiling data for client reporting.
Essential Duties
  • Create and maintain weekly spreadsheets to ensure defects/incidents identified via daily inspections are recorded and addressed promptly.
  • Escalate any inspection issues to management
  • Maintain files and document organization.
  • Assisting and leading virtual training for QR Code creation, device setup, manager training, device login, route testing, and employee training.

  • Organization and time management skills to ensure stated deadlines are met
  • Ability to work in a high-speed and often changing environment
  • Good Oral and written communication skills
  • Good Active Listening skills taking time to hear what others are saying and understand points being made
  • Good Critical Thinking skills, using logic and reason to identify strengths and deficiencies in proposed solutions, and the ability to research alternatives
  • Demonstrate an advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office software applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Work organized and independently
Required Qualifications Education: 
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 
  • 1 - 2 years of experience.
Other:
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Know, understand, and follow governmental regulations, teammate guidelines, and all other ABM policies.
  • Must possess a professional, proactive, enthusiastic attitude and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
  • Working knowledge of general office equipment.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and execute and deliver key objectives promptly.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards and Oracle is a plus.
  • Must be a quick learner and can adapt to a fast-paced payroll environment.
  • Must possess attention to detail and be organized to be successful in this role.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritizing work, and meeting strict deadlines.
